Thank you very much to everyone. I've got hands on at the time, because we're streaming this. So, for the company looking at the web, we'll start and see how we go. Thank you very much to everyone for coming. I don't start with the report, then to say, all this is my idea, my thought, my report. This does not represent Jaguar Landrovers considerations in any way. There are no considerations of interest anywhere I don't work for Jaguar Landrovers, but I hope these here will speak very evenly. This will be about the challenges we've promoted, as well as what I hope are one or two of the submissions. And at the end of this, I believe that the learning targets that have been established were that you have learned something about how to establish an organization of well-being. I believe, more importantly, you'll learn a lot about how not to do it while going through this session, and hopefully, you can pick up some of the things we do while doing it. So, thank you and thank you. My name is Stephen Eile. I am a medical officer at Jaguar Landrovers University. I've been with Jaguar Landrovers University for years, as you can tell from my period, I'm at University, within. I've been lucky enough to work around the world, and firstly, have medical training at Jaguar Landrovers University and then started doing campaign medical, trained in the UK, and now worked for Jaguar Landrovers University, working for a number of other organisations. For those who don't know what Jaguar Landrovers University is or what we do, we build links, they are important connections, as I'm sure some of you know. This is our new model, by the way, the Defender, which is actually now our largest model available. It takes all other things we build, which is amazing. It's also... the biggest thing we have going for it is the V8. So, in today's world of environment, we get completely campaign that the most people get a big V8 in this, which connects it. And by the way it's an F-road, which looks a bit like an Aston Martin. For those of you who are not committed in this way, it's a very good way, it's a sporty way. When I chose Jaguar Landrover, one of the activities of working for many organizations and accounts I was sure to come to two ways off, one for me, one for them. When I chose, everyone said, everyone said I won't come to F way, they're really hard to get off, but you know, look at it, it's lucky. So I was thinking, no, no, no, we're using the F way. I was saying, if you're going to come to road F, so I thought, no, no, no, we're using road F. I was saying, if you're going to come to road F, not to get in the way of a V8, it's absolutely fine. So I thought, okay, I'm not going to get in the way of a V8, I'm not very good. I'm going to come to a V6 road. So I was getting a V6 road, which is still very complete. He gets very profile ways and he gets ways. And the ways, it's got two ways, actually, two ways. One is, one roads the roads do a little bit which looks to me to be a very difficult thing. The other ways, you have to connect when it's ways, which focuses all efforts. So it's not automatic, you have to connect. For those of you who have been to the UK, you will know be full ways, it's right ways to be full ways. And in the off, it's off and it's off and it's roads and many other things on the roads. I was getting it off. I was going on, it was roads. I didn't connect the button. I was probably going a few ways and I was a few ways in the ways and I was getting it and I had been at Jaguar Land Rover for learning the 6 years. So that was my start to Jaguar Land Rover and I haven't already had an F-Type quite fully. Everyone has said you'll go back to the Ranger from the Sport, they're very good, it's interesting to drive the conversation and it's interesting and easier. When Jaguar Land Rover? So we are a political organization but we look quite a UK organization. So, on the first map you will see the UK. We look quite an organization in the Ministers. Hear the name, it's the period. So it's around Birmingham, which is one of the biggest areas in Wales and we have a number of different production children there. We have been working in some way for a little over 70 years and it starts in the Ministers, it starts from Swallow, who works in away and then informed over time and it has been brought out and bring it out through many different automatons. So it is one of our biggest plants in Wales. On average, we have a little over 10,000 people there. We have children in the period of the Ministers. We have children in Wales, who are in Hale Wood, far away. And then, politically, we build in Slovakia, in Nitra. For those of you which is amazing, Slovakia sits in Europe, in the university to Ukraine. We work with 900 Ukrainian workers and we have many challenges with them and their families to help them across the university and some actually go back away. We build in Wales, it's a few-employee organization here. In Wales, there are few workers here. We are linking some workers out to Austria and we are building in Wales. And our associations in Wales are currently setting up in Wales and further afield and they have been in service services and their services are unlike any services we have seen. The people, the food and the problems are in the workers in Wales in the workers in Wales in the workers in Wales so a lot of our time and a little of my team's time has been given in the services in Wales but we have a political distance that we must understand and see on. I'm not sure how much you knew about workers in Wales. So what I'm going to do is show you a basic video about one of the more awesome parts of how to build a car. Many people think these days that cars are built with robots. Yes, they are. We have some robots but we have a lot of people. So we have a big connection related to the age from the factory. It's about how difficult it is to build the car and we have a lot of examples that like to exemplify things. Some people say about examples things that make it very difficult to build. So you will see that this builds up what supports the water. Hear the name. You'll know it when you see it. But to give one example of how it is difficult to build the part of an organization that is not going to be done by a robot in the future from our organization. We've gone out of the environment. We hand these from the part. So the part is where you start. You start with a load of metal on one end and the other end. Hopefully you can get a working car coming out the other end. So the loneliness tries to build water. So we have water. We get a little over 10,000 parts a day coming into some of our operating establishments including Solihull. We have to get the part to the organization. Then we have to get the part to the loneliness on the part. We are loved. So the question decision can be to 5,000 different decisions for a car. So they have to perform the right part for the right loneliness at the right time. And you can see that it is very detailed. It is very difficult to get this part. It operates hands. In a part, he operates hands to get the part. They have to empty the part. It's last style. A little It's about playing the part to get the part. And this is what they do. Few in the day. So many of our people have been with us over years and years. We have some people who have been doing it for over 40 years. It's a tough job. It's a very difficult job. And our coaches increase the communication of our cars. They have to be good. They have to be well off. They have to be good to look at. So we have a lot more going into the carries than we would have had before, which makes it very difficult for the team to use the communication. And often, some of the dark ones have to go back to the examples that showed them be difficult to use the communication in the way they have learned. It's not going to happen. Or if it happens, the coaches affect because you have two people after the car at full speed, trying to do something that they obviously can't see. Therefore, it is very difficult to do. Some of your people may recognize the basic Land Rover. It was totally different than the love we are building right now. It had a number of parts, but those parts worked. So, two of the parts were actually after 50 years. They were still doing the job and they hadn't changed. The Land Rovers are historic, it is important to drive the computer to those of them who have seen one. So, we get way more than a million ways to get up in every car. We get a lot more than, I think we take 30, 40, 50 different ways of taking shots in the car. That's having a bit of a problem lately with many of our census tracts. We didn't realize how our census tracts were after the Covid crisis. And then we started to learn that the parts of a census go places that we didn't know about. In the Wales crisis, we don't know when it happened that we get historical resource people building in Britain. And they share. They have divided up the world, after the day when there was a census. Very amazing. But it makes the calculation very difficult for them and for us to get those parts. We have 20,000 part workers, so they're the people you've seen putting things into the car in some way or another. We have 10,000 employees, so they work in computers designing things very hard on. And we have on 5,000 other people, that is other people like us, supporting the people which supports the car in the first place. We work on the different way of ways. So each of our children in their ways of doing things is very difficult. So if you look back at some of our social budgets, it goes back 50 years. We have things in our social budgets that have been taken 50 years ago and they don't give it. So, in terms of the country, it is interesting that the country is interesting. In the UK, some of the country is quite interesting and it is difficult to do anything not taken. And as you will see back in this conversation, they can make things happen and they can make it take and they can make it interesting. Very interesting. So countries are very important in some places. In other places, we don't get countries. But we get representations. As an example, in one of our UK locations, we work on an interesting 8 hours with two 15 minute meals. That's what. That's what we do. They considered that with the support of the Government for 5 years ago. That was their decision. Why did they consider that? Because they wanted to remember the significant time in the places. So, they don't take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take take cym we say we won't have given them the decision, because you won't be able to get people, you know, turkeys to choose for Christmas, which has been done, and we've happened upon something that is very, very difficult to get to, and it doesn't give us much time. They go on, they start their association, they get their network of 2 minutes 15 minutes, and they are a little fast as they can. So the opportunity to bring them and do things is very difficult, very difficult. When I chose to go with Jaguar Land Rover, we didn't have a strategy for health, or indeed, for health. For those of them who work in organizations, you may be in an organization a little to WeWare, we've had a lot of services, so when we got involved in what we do, we had a lot of services. But connecting those services to the individuals who need them, it was very interesting, and there was nothing that connected it to them. So we don't get anything that is recognized for people, and they didn't know when they were getting society. So when we talk to our associates, when we talk to our general officer, actually, tell them what we're doing, nobody knew. No one knew what we were doing, and so we calculated a lot from calculating it, because nobody knew when they were getting society from some of the things we do. So this is the strategy that we bring based on what is right for Jaguar Landrover, and we calculate very much my experience with what is right for Jaguar Landrover. I'm not saying this will work for every organization out there, but it works for us. So we wanted to put her into something that's easier, that's represented and that's achievable, anywhere across the organization you can see it, both locally and geographically. So we used basic life society. It is a basic life society, you will recognize it, but we challenge ourselves not to use any terminology that was medical or complicated, because we had to do this to the water with all the people in the organization. We wanted things for people that are right. Most of our services were reactive, you were about the basic, most of our services, most of our services, we wanted to try to get into a more pro-active organization with the water, and we wanted things you can recognize with your teams. So if you were into the rule or the cool, you can do things with your teams, not to do with them being right or right, and on the occasion, on the funktion and the country. So it showed you to go anywhere. So this is what has come out to all those places around the world. That was it. That was it. OK. Crack on. Pack those boxes with the stuff. He appeared to be easy going. He appeared to be easy going. And they started mapping out what they were asking and putting them in the boxes to see who we were getting our caps from and what we need to do on. I hope to say that I would put all this information further, I would put them on LinkedIn, so you don't need to remember all this. You can come and put them on LinkedIn obviously, because I don't know if they give a shit, I've heard they leave a scaly. I leave all the scraps on LinkedIn, you can get all the scraps in ordinary efforts. So, when starting to develop our strategy of well-being, so much is coming forward, a new society. So, for those of them who work in society, you will recognize that you will appear and, for now, be promoted from the ways of change regarding society, and you have to do it well. You are unable to work as a comment on yourself. So, whatever the society is going through, whatever the industry is, you have to come and promote it, for example, it's not going to work. So, as we began to develop, so did Jaguar Land Rover. It was coming in with the environment. We've shared a sound, but he is inspired. And you can see that this is going the way society wants to see it. In down from those of the more traditional ways of fashion. Come in, please. Into something a little more modern. Something that seems a little more of where we want to be seen and how we want to go. Talk about modern humanity. He said modern humanism I haven't heard of, and I had to have a full talk with the humanist to understand it, because it's something which they are trying to promote and advance to our organization. You can see, it looks very good and it's flash. This is the way society sees it going. And this is how we, as a health team, we have to try to go on and make this appear, because if you are not part of society and part of the era, it's probably not going to work. And that belief has come through, so the period period has been put out and that is starting to exemplify how the industry delivers. We didn't have a specific use of the term health, we didn't have a specific use of the term safety, which we have to get along with most of the societies. I believe that society and health and other things are talked about in many of their spaces. Not in our spaces, we talk about us and the spatial success and move on. So, you remember we've got a social strategy and we're thinking, well, how can we do that in the services we're getting? So that was it donor of how we were trying to connect the services. And you've come on to talk about the social organization and that's the whole column we'd talk about, but in fact, that was part of most jobs of services that must be connected. On the language part are the traditional services that some of you might know and lecture. The part was a bit in what we get and it worked very well. So, your controlling computer it goes in, you do something from social health, a resource, a report, campaigning and you report back to management and then you go and you might go around all then a number of times when they go back to work or the doing for them recently in the thing that happens. We are very grateful. We had some of our relational support and life health support in the collection in many of our environments. Most of that on the choice was the thing which we will want to give or improve. Therefore, the computer was going to be their own report and not just a managerial report. So, share campaigning to connect. In many of our places getting the person to the service, the computer was actually in control. They were coming to the road. They wanted to know what was happening. In time, the individual did not know what was happening. They were coming to the road. They didn't want to tell their management. So, the computer itself was something that we think was open within a situation of truth, looking at the individual, giving them through society to improve and then put them out to some place, whether that was back to work or able to work them. Maybe then, and you can see that there is a computer between the three columns, if they wanted support on works, therefore resources or resources or they were unable to do their job, that was done through social health. So we caught that thing on the water. We thought social was in the thick of it, and we thought social was a good way in. So, social society for us is another way to get our people, 15 minutes from the main, what can you do with them? No, not much. Something is needed which is going to be quick and easy and quick, and we'll talk about this during. And yet, it's a way to give them to the services they can fluke to the social society and flung behind on the part of others. So, that was the plan. Let's say how we got on with the plan, or not. Therefore, the social society, this was the plan. So, you can see, right after, we take a job. So that's a job. We share all the learnings. We couldn't get out of the carpet on the floor of the social society. So, you can see that we come out with the plan of several programs. After a while, you will recognize some of these things. So, CBT social society, but we also had menthol society and everyday behavior. In the book, we were getting a living job, which is just general society. So, we have so much general age, general age, general age, social UK. The men, even though they do a general job, they still get general age and general age. Therefore, they needed a universal society. We needed to look at them. We allowed general and general age and many sciatica-sciatica-sciatica problems. And then, on the part of the living world, we wanted of an age that needs campaigning the pastry. And that's what they want. Again, what is the, what is the, when you ask the city, what do you want for a city? Oh, we like pastie OK, OK. So, pasties and snaps. That's what they get. An effective society. So, what are we going to learn to talk to yours? Maybe they can be a little bigger. Let's build part of that. Behaviour, use and education. In fact, we really do. So, education for anything. Education for sport, education for grazing, education for men. Education for nothing interesting. We do that. And behavior and behavior works. So, a lot of that, we make the decision to come from the right to use an important term, everybody, because we don't know a domain that needs it. So, we think, well, a zone of coming from the right for everyone. Let's see if saying that works, because we do a behavior that many people will works from what, maybe a little or a lot. We think, better, more is more important. So, we come from the right to the society that we need a big part here. We need to make a lot of staff. A large part of organizations is needed. We need a big part where we can do individual behaviors. We need a part of the room where we can do group behaviours. Behavior is needed, care institutions are needed, because if you make a program and some of the programs, in fact, you were producing sweat. They need to be able to have a change. They need to be able to get a room. So, that was the spec. Let's go out. Let's try and build it. Did we get all that? Did we get it? We didn't... We were only getting a few of these from that as we started the state. But we think, well, we'll go with what we get. We'll see how we go. But the design, the design we've had for the company, at the beginning. So that's what we're about. Something that looks really good and flashy. And it was going to be better than gym. So we are launching the pilot at the end of 2019 in our Solihull children. It was an active health consultation only. So we think, let's promote this. We have started the consultations and there was a lot of discussion with the promotion about what was coming in. So we started with, well, we're going to get out of the way. And then we think, no, this is interesting. Because, again, we have people who consult who don't know what they are doing. What are we not doing for everyone? So everyone who is dry is trained to the program and we will see what happens. Then we started to come from the way to come from the way to come from the way and we'll talk about that during, about where you start dividing people in this consultation of bringing them, in fact, to the consultants who can do something well with them. And our numbers were really, really, well shared for all sorts of reasons. And data consultations, I think we will go to that during. So, some of you will have gone to some chats today about data consultations. I was looking at the Procter & Gamble data numbers and I thought, wow, could it be good to get some of that. So we don't get any of that. We are an organization that has so many fundamentally different reasons. So, great poem, have anything that works that speaks to anything else with these legal systems. We were exceptional, so we have taken to come back to the paper, which was one of the ideas, because I thought, well, that's actually coming back. Then, COVID showed up. So, we started and then we had a different swipe from COVID. So, this was in the different pathers and you see that most would be, there was a health trustee, trioging the case, trying to work. So, DHC is our partner, so we work with the external partner and we have an external team. We give them an e-weight, we try to train them into the program, then hopefully the workers are recently, and then they are trained into most of the program. So, that's the plan. You can see on the paths from the language what has happened to it. We were divided by this language. Therefore, most of the program was fiduciary, and we will come to the Y. Most of the program that are not trained, we will come to the Y. And some of the program were trusted to have been trained. So, we had some from the program but it was very difficult. The most difficult program, the program that has been trained in trust. So, if you think, 45 to 55 year old University men who are part-time workers, puts them in a room with their colleagues to talk about their types. That was trustworthy. They didn't like the program. The therapist did not like the program. It wasn't working. Therefore, we are working together this program quite quickly. The individual therapist was working, but we're changing it. So, we try to share the name mental health from everything. So, we give it another name. We say it resilience here and something else that. Because mental health, where we were at the time, was very good and there was a lot of stigma linking it to each other. We try to share a lot of that. But we were dividing people away and society. One of the challenges we have, you'll remember back to the job, two majors for 15 minutes. It's all about building the car. If you're not building the car, what are you doing? And those were about that they didn't leave our sport to come to society. So, if the choice is between getting my people, or roads, and it's about people, we're about 95% in the UK, which is not good. In Slovakia, it's 50-50. Those would like someone to come to the society than to come to the society to go to something that means they go away. It's amazing. But building those is really amazing because what are they being assessed for? Planning the car. They are not assessed for anything else. They are not assessed for behavior, behavior. They are not assessed for how many people go away in the future. So, we share a lot of people because they weren't informed. They were not informed. That was very difficult. But we are starting to cat some data. You can see their very small numbers. This is the very stage stags, so I'm trying to take you through it at the time of what we knew then rather than what we know now. So we get some very period data. She was starting to show some improvement. We could BMI. We were having an amazing time. We were having a learning test. She was saying, well, was 2% really amazing? Maybe not. Was the test the learning is amazing? Well, maybe. 28%. Okay, we're starting to go further. We don't think we share them. We think we are making a difference, but it is very period rooms. What are the people telling us? So what does the controller tell us? What does society tell us? What is HR telling us? People who leave in all this. So, the amazing result of these started from the data that we get important, which has been amazing. I don't think how amazing it was to get the data. That was perhaps the biggest disappointment we get when we started going through that. We started looking on our mental health programme. So, 50% sterile. I mean, I just hope. We share them. So, they started and then they started. Some of that was barren group. Some of that was that they didn't like that. Some of that was that they didn't make them come back. Can we come back for delivery courses? Well, we were having anxiety and depressions. We're using seeds for this thing but you'll see a number of metrics which has been linked throughout. So, we started to look like we were making a difference. It looks like it's going in every way. It feels like there is something here we are doing it right but, is this enough? I do not know. But we get some data. We get some seeds. We also use life difference. Swarth's delivery skills for those of you who know her. So, again, we seek different distinctions. We try to see what works but get clinicians to do it at the beginning and end. There are some of our clinicians who like to be clinicians. They don't like presenting data. Therefore, it is very difficult to connect it to the whole process. But again, he goes to the right school. It goes up. We're starting to get something that feels right. So, we think, well, okay, we have some first results. What do we do? Can we go to this? Can't we? We were very grateful. Our action programme, which is about Code in our organisation, was said, do it. He wasn't really thinking about the delivery results. He didn't think about the data. What was he thinking about? He was thinking about what the Member for Wales said. And the Member for Wales had said, we like this. We like this. We want you to do more of this. We want this on all organisations. They were telling them, and he was saying, okay, let's do this. That was it. So, did we have the data? No, we don't, because of all the things we have was the Member for Wales to say, we like this. Let you do this. So, the society. It was important for society, which we have not been able to do. Therefore, we have not defined social society as a specific thing. We can do it in the organization. We use Pulse. We use eNPS. So, for those aware with the NPS, Social University Rating. These are the 0-10 skills. If you are not aware with the NPS, you can go from 100 to 100. The social organizations are the plus 50, maybe plus 60 for Apple, to identify them, we don't know. So, plus 50, plus 60. The social organizations I was working for institutionalists, 0. So, we know, they are important, I mean there is no one who like institutionalists. So, they were 0. ENPS, Social Social University score, 0-40. So we were amazing. Very amazing. So, we mean that there's no way you can take that and we've improved it, which is good. So we thought, okay, here we go. The Social University Manager says, come The Social Manager says, come. We go and run. So, I don't know about you, but in our organization, you have to have your name. Every project needs your name. Name, I mean, projects name. You know, then we get into, well, who makes the name? do we have do we have social countries for who makes the name, for a project? He says, I am going to his name. I don't mean, I'm going to start, start name So we go down the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the , y, y, because there is a choice for everything if you go back well. Therefore, we maintain it the HECA project. HECA is the Egyptian choice of magia and the mind and we think that is very good socially because there was a little choice of the mind and there was a bit of magic in this. So, he visits HECA to visit HECA and there was project HECA is the name that is connected. Therefore, we go to the HECA project and then Covid is connected. So, we have shared 18 years of association because of Covid. So, I'm sharing this just like period of what we maintain. So, everything is set. For Jaguar Land Rover, we were in a social social situation and we had to build the car, other than Jaguar Land Rover. If you see lately outside this room, it was very difficult. So, we were sharing in Wales after three weeks of success. That is a difficult success for his social back in and the roofers are not social, we have two, three, each job person. So, they are together. You have to show them to show back. We found it very difficult to contact many of the public institutions where we worked. In Wales, we were able to finance with the NHS. We did our tests online, we did campaigns online, we were doing a lot of other things. We were getting a report to the policy from our associates and the jobs. So, we had 51 campaigns from the public organisations, including the policy, going on online to go and show it because they said we were doing something online. We were going, but we were getting a lot of challenge. We were doing a lot of calculation from campaigning. We get the data if you want, if you if you want to see it. A calculation of campaigning that is useful in terms of medical comments, but of everything we were doing, what do the jobs do? They like a census of campaigning. They like a census of campaigning. So we had cameras everywhere. So my original bagus was Covid because I was buying some campaigning campaigning campaigning campaigning campaigning campaigning campaigning campaigning campaigning campaigning campaigning and they were they they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were But we've heard a lot here at meal about ROI I say, and I have decided in my account to know no ROI on anything, to be safe. The ROI for our online tests is the biggest metric i have been able to get So we can come and come and bring the tests that we do to get people back to work. So we were looking back to work, safe, the ROI was for 6-1. So we were getting the metrics, we were able to bring it to come to come, we were coming to come back, 6-1 involved, involved, we were similar to the company for £50,000,000 in terms of production costs. So that's the biggest ROI we've had and the biggest metrics. But that's because we set it up, start to make and write the data. So it was very good, but more difficult for other things. So all the time we're doing Covid, we're thinking, well, ship Covid, these things ship Covid now, everybody's talking about it, why don't we put that to the sense of well-being and its development? So here are our UK Covid hitters. We partner with the NHS, so we were getting triage and I mean that if they were very good to us, they were going to the NHS. If they were really good to us they thought we could do something with them, they came to us, they went through our process, they were informed from our clinicians for protocol, and then we were trying to get them back to work. That was our results from our phase of our Covid ship.
