Hi, and welcome to AOHC ENCOR. Today, we will be touching on a few things in the ENCOR course. We will go over the overview, the course itself, completing the evaluation, and finally, claiming your credit. Once you've logged into your course, the very first thing you will see is the overview page. This just provides you an overview of what to expect when you look into the course. By clicking on course, you'll see that the course is broken down into modules. There are six modules. The first one, which you clicked on to log into this, is the Navigation and Credit Claiming. Next, you'll see the AOHC ENCOR Program and Disclosure Information. To enter into a module, simply click on the Start button. Once you've viewed the information in a module, it will let you know that the module is complete. To navigate to other modules within the course, there are a few ways to do so. You can do it by the drop-down menu, you can click on the name of the modules at the very top, or you can go on the bottom and click Previous or Next. By clicking on the module for Sunday, April 16th, you'll be able to view all of the videos and archived recordings from the conference that day. To view a single video recording, click on that video. Once you have completed a video, it will turn green, and you can exit out of it. You'll notice in here it also turns green. If there is not a bright background on the video, you have not yet viewed that video. Take your time navigating through the modules. Make sure that you have finished watching all of the videos you want to before you go back to claiming the credit. In order to claim your credit, you'll need to complete your evaluation. Anytime you want to go back into a module and review additional videos, simply click Review. Don't click on Evaluation until you are ready to complete it and claim your credit. Once you click on Evaluation, it will tell you that you've submitted AOHC ENCOR 2023, and you will need to complete the questions. When you have completed the evaluation, simply click Submit. You can then go in and claim your credits. Remember that you can only claim your credits one time. The course is worth a total of 111.75 CMEs. If you have completed all the videos, you can claim that amount. If not, click the drop-down menu and simply claim the number of credits for the number of videos that you have reviewed. Once you click Claim Credit, it will produce a certificate that you can then download and submit if you need to submit information about credit claim.
