Pdf Summary
A study on leadership behaviors, employee resilience, and psychological capital found that servant leadership and leaders' psychological capital can enhance employee psychological capital and foster resilient behaviors over time. However, leader resilient behaviors were negatively related to employee psychological capital in the short term. The study suggests that organizations can promote employee resilience through servant leadership behaviors, leadership training, and a supportive work environment. Cultural differences and organizational characteristics should be considered when applying these findings.
