The Healthy Work Campaign (HWC) is a nonprofit initiative launched in 2019 to educate, assess, equip, and inspire action around psychosocial hazards and chronic work stress. Examples include family-supportive supervisor training to improve work-family balance, respectful workplace policies to address bullying, and interventions that increase job control or reduce harassment and violence. These resources support participatory, systems-based approaches that help employers and client organizations design practical interventions that improve both worker well-being and organizational performance.
