The Healthy Work Campaign promotes evidence-based strategies to integrate worker safety, health, and well-being into everyday organizational operations rather than treating them as siloed programs. Its tools—such as organizational self-assessments, leadership engagement frameworks, policy checklists, and case examples—help occupational and OEM professionals identify gaps, prioritize interventions, and align prevention, wellness, and work design. Clinicians and administrators can use these resources to guide employer clients toward system-level changes in governance, job design, and culture that measurably advance Total Worker Health across the enterprise.
