  • People with disabilities face significant access barriers from fully participating in workplace wellness programs.
  • Identifying barriers that prohibit full participation in the workforce from people with disabilities is vital if we ever wish to eliminate those barriers and fully integrate people with disabilities into the workforce.
  • From a detailed workplace survey this study showed that accurate insight into what systematic and personalized barriers exist in the workplace for people with disabilities
