Upon completion of this educational activity, learners should be able to:
  • To provide basic information for improving the working environment of dependent self-employment workers by examining the role of musculoskeletal complaints as a mediator and job resources as a moderator concerning job demands affecting presenteeism.
  • To determine what strategies are needed to address musculoskeletal complaints and enhance job resources for dependent self-employment workers.
  • To ascertain the relationship between job demands and presenteeism was mediated by musculoskeletal complaints, and that job resources moderated the relationship between of musculoskeletal complaints and presenteeism such that a high level of job resources attenuated the effects of musculoskeletal complaints on presenteeism.
