This session critically examines the 20-year progression of Total Worker Health® (TWH) as it has transitioned from foundational research to widespread implementation within occupational health and safety frameworks. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the historical development and current state of TWH, as well as its anticipated future direction as a discipline.
Addressing notable gaps in the field, this presentation elucidates how TWH has become integral to mainstream occupational health and safety, influencing clinical, consulting, and corporate environments. Through evidence-based approaches and case analyses, participants will explore how TWH equips practitioners to address emerging challenges in the evolving landscape of work, ultimately fostering healthier, safer, and more productive workplaces.
