This interactive, self-paced online course features on-demand expert video presentations, digital syllabus materials, interactive learning activities, and extensive knowledge checks throughout each module to reinforce key concepts and support board exam preparation.

All course modules are required for successful course completion. The course concludes with a comprehensive 198-question final assessment designed to assess understanding and reinforce key board review concepts. Participants must achieve a passing score of 70% or higher on the final assessment to successfully complete the course and claim CME credit. Unlimited attempts are permitted to achieve the required passing score.

The ACOEM Occupational Medicine Board Review (OMBR) Course is a comprehensive, self-paced online learning experience designed to help physicians prepare for the American Board of Preventive Medicine (ABPM) Occupational Medicine certifying and recertifying examinations while strengthening knowledge across the breadth of occupational and environmental medicine.

The newly redesigned course combines expert-led, on-demand video presentations with interactive learning modules, digital reference materials, case-based activities, and extensive knowledge checks to reinforce high-yield concepts and promote application of knowledge to board-style scenarios. Content addresses major areas of occupational medicine practice, including clinical occupational and environmental medicine, workplace hazards and exposures, toxicology, epidemiology and biostatistics, emergency and disaster management, disability and return to work, regulatory and legal considerations, and systems-based practice.

Learners can progress through the course at their own pace, revisit content as needed, and assess their understanding throughout the learning experience. The course concludes with a comprehensive 200-question final knowledge check exam designed to reinforce key concepts and support readiness for the ABPM Occupational Medicine examination.

Upon completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to:
